Where are your servers located?
Our servers are located in The Netherlands and The UK,if for one reason or another you have a preference do not hesitate to make a request by mail.

Do I need any technical knowledge to use Innovi’s hosting products?
We can install any existing website that you have on our system without additional charge. After that there are a lot of things we can help you with. If you regularly have to make changes to the configuration it is useful to have some basic knowledge. We constantly work on making our systems as easy as possible to manage and we offer several solutions that are easy to manage and put in place. Also we supply a knowledge base with enough information to manage your own hosting package.
How does Innovi bill me?
You have a choice between monthly or yearly billing. Bills can be paid automatically by credit card or paypal.
How long does it take for my account to be activated?
New accounts are setup directly afterpayment. Upon activation you will receive an email with all the data you need, which you can use to upload your website from then on. Domain registrations and transfers generally take a bit longer. Once your domain has been acquired it has to be setup for use with your website. These settings have to be applied on so called DNS servers everywhere around the word. This generally takes around 48 hours.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my account?
You can upgrade and downgrade your account at any time without extra fees. You can do so through your client area or by sending us a mail.
For a monthly billing cycle:
The difference will be calculated on your next bill
For a yearly billing cycle:
- Upgrade: We’ll send you a seperate bill for the difference based on the number of months that are concerned.
- Downgrade: The price difference will be calculated on you next bill
What guarantees does Innovi give me?
No hosting company can guarantee a 100% problem free hosting. However we do successfully manage our servers in such a way that all risks are limited to an absolute minimum. All Innovi systems are monitored by a specialized team that is ready to undertake action in case of problems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All servers are systematically backed up and have another server behind to take over in less then 20 seconds if it fails. All this effort means for the moment that our servers currently have an availability of over 99,9%.
